Join us in South Mission Beach every 3rd friday of the month at 9:00 AM. We will practice yoga on the beach and set our breath to the sound of mother ocean. As you relax into your poses we will offer hands on healing adjustments and or reiki~energy work. This class is 60 minutes.

Park on the beach side and walk onto the beach. We will be ready to go with Mats and props. Just bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, and water.
