Working with her passion along with her rental experience fostered “Retreats to Go” Looking to bring wellness and the experience of community/yoga/massage to your doorstep! 200 hour EYT. Completed Power Yoga Teacher training in 2013. Passionate about wellness and connecting the mind/body/spirit. Believes in self healing and community togetherness to foster community healing.

Enjoying life with her husband of 20 years and 3 teenage daughters. She happily left a career in Restaurant Management to start her Massage journey in 1999.

Anne also partnered with the Juice PLUS+ company, knowing that whole food nutrition is crucial to helping repair the body from the inside out.
